The Refurb Calculator is powered by Help Build who ensure contractors and developers build to budget and on time, through: 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 - We produce estimates for contractors and developers so we know what contractors are charging and what developers are paying, not last year but right now! 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 - We purchase £1,000s worth of building materials every day, so we know the costs, from plasterboard to bricks to what the latest kitchens are costing. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 - We have a wide range of clients and we understand what it takes to deliver and complete a project, and this knowledge has been used to create the calculator. All our rates are monitored and updated regularly, inline with what’s happening in our industry today! I have been in construction for 18 years, in that time I have worked with the UK’s top material suppliers as well as managing and delivering construction projects from small refurbs to large commercial contracts.
