Had a fantastic open day at my commercial conversion project in Sutton in Ashfield on Friday. Met some great Property friends and showed them around and shared the vision for this exciting project. Converting a commercial site into five new flats is going to be a game changer. With a new roof on the way the internal works can then begin. I’m looking forward to seeing this project come to life.
