Big news from us at UK Homes Network 👇 Over the past year we’ve been quietly building the foundations for the next stage of our platform. A big part of that is making sure we’ve got the right people in place to lead it forward. That’s why I’m excited to share that @Rich Devenport has joined us as our new Chief Technology Officer. Rich’s journey into property and tech is anything but straightforward. He started out in photography, taught himself design and web development, grew his own digital agency, and somehow managed to juggle three jobs at once while saving for his first house. Along the way he picked up work with estate agents, investors and developers, and noticed something a lot of us already knew - the property industry has always struggled with branding, digital presence, and making the most of social media. Instead of just spotting the problem, he built solutions. Over the last few years Rich has been behind the scenes helping property businesses look sharper online and connect with their audiences in more meaningful ways. He’s lived the crossover between property, technology, and community, which is exactly what UK Homes Network is all about. As CTO, Rich will be leading the rebuild of our platform from the ground up – focusing on making the app faster, easier to use, and packed with features that actually matter to property professionals. We’ve said since day one that UK Homes Network isn’t just another social media platform. It’s about creating a space built for property, where networking and opportunity don’t stop when the event ends. With Rich on board, we’re doubling down on that vision.
