We started work on this monstrosity today We’re turning this shop from an ugly duckling into a beautiful swan The shop frontage is staying The rear will become a 1 bed flat And the two duplexes above will stay as beautiful and tenanted as they always have been One lesson learnt so far… Everything in property takes way too long How do you make some ‘fast pounds’ in this game haha
