Seeking Advice, please!!! I own a Ltd company, but I'm buying a 2bed BTL in Leicester in my name as it's a gift for the kids. I'm looking to open an account to have the purchase (gift) sum transferred to me as requested by my solicitor. Do I need to open a separate account, or I can use my personal account? I wanted to open a separate as I would like the rent to be paid into the same account. What should I do, please? Thanks, Irene
