Earlier this year I had the absolute pleasure of creating an HMO “Interior Design Brand Standard” for Timothy Witt and Phil Bygrave for their #propertyportfoliobuilding business 😊 (these guys are super busy, they have more than one business!). What is it? It’s an interior design template for their HMO’s, to ensure each one is completed to the same high quality look and standard. And then a couple of weeks back I spent the day on site, styling the first HMO to be completed since the design was created. My favourite shots are always the lifestyle ones. So many don’t bother with these and just go for wide angle, but lifestyle really elevate the look and feel of the space. ❤️ I hope you agree!
