It’s been a while since I’ve posted on here….. So here’s a quick reintroduction and update. Over the past 5/6 weeks I’ve been taking a step back and rethinking how I approach things. On the sourcing side, I’ve been reviewing my approach and realigning what works and cutting out what doesn’t. The calls and conversations with investors have still been going on even if I’ve been quiet online. But the fact is life has shifted and most of my time has been taken up on the re building my construction company( my bread and butter at the moment) A new extension project kicked off in July, smaller jobs have been confirmed, and a lot of quoting has filled the diary taking most of my time. It’s also got me thinking that both sides of the businesses link back to property, an industry I love working in and exactly how I want to move forward. leveraging my experience and education. Moving forward my focus is definitely moving back into the direction of building relationships in the property investment space. It’s time to meet new investors and catch up with the old ones who have showed interest to create opportunities that work for both parties, and keep building strong, long term relationships.
