Bish bash bosh! 3.30pm message yesterday to ask me if I can let out 6 rooms in a lovely hmo in Wolverhampton 11.30am today viewing and initial appraisal done (and picked up in investors Porsche!!!) 12.30pm rooms listed 2.30pm two expressions of interest in the rooms already. Now that's fast 🏃‍♀️ This hmo is lovely spec, one of the nicest I've seen. But empty and unloved since January! Let's turn that around! I'm very proud to be able to let and manage this beauty!
