Important reminder for all landlords! 🏠 As a landlord, it's crucial to regularly inspect your rental properties, no matter how close they are to your home. I recently discovered an issue with an overflow from a neighbouring flat in one of my properties, which my tenant hadn't reported. This has clearly been happening for awhile as it’s gone green on the wall. Regular inspections are a must! I recommend inspecting your properties at least every six months. If you have a property agent get them to send you a report with photographs to stay on top of any potential issues. Don't wait until it's too late!
