The best Property Developer Show yet... Yesterday it was touch and go whether we would be able to attend. I left it a bit late to sort out and despite it being sold-out, Scott & Amy did everything they could to accommodate us. We ended up having a cracking pitch right next to the stage in the speaker hall or otherwise known as the 'naughty corner'. I went to grab a coffee at 11am and it was mobbed. Most of my friends in property had sponsored or exhibited yesterday and it was a really nice moment to see everyones stands so busy, literally crowds of people around each exhibitor. Yesterday was also a defining moment for us as it's been just a little over a month since Aaisha joined the team. As we were on her home turf it was pretty cool to know most people had heard of UKHN from already meeting Aaisha at one of many events across the North West. Turns out she's the most famous person to come out of Lancashire since Tyson Fury, certainly in property anyway. Everyone I spoke to did a serious amount of business yesterday in the room and none more so than Tony Walker with his brand new Refurb Calculator. Tony together with Rich have provided a long overdue solution to Property Developers pricing up works to their projects and it's pretty obvious they are on to a winner. In the naughty corner with me was one of my good friends, Sam Cooke who as you can see did his talk and ended up dealing with a rugby scrum for his magazine. The pictures don't really do it justice for the queue he had after his presentation. We also were able to unveil UK Homes Network Live to Manchester and the response was brilliant. We've had a huge amount of attendees sign-up and more exhibitors wanting to get involved in the biggest night in property for the north west. We also found a photography for the evening in Mark Higgins who we are really excited to be working with. Thanks to everyone who came to our stand and showed their support for the movement we are building with UK Homes Network and can't wait to be back on the 22nd October at Campfield House.
