Would you be this unprofessional?? I recently had a conversation with a prospective client interested in Your Portfolio Partner™. I never ceased to be amazed at how unprofessional some very wealthy people are. This guy was an older guy who claimed to have funds in excess of £400k in liquid/cash ready to 'deploy'. Just because you have money, doesn't mean you get to be a d*ck to everyone else. I'm a ...graduate ...professional ...landlord ...and one of less than 50 fully licenced and compliant property portfolio builders in the UK (NAPSA: National Association of Professional Sourcing Agents) Don't talk to me like I'm your f**king pizza delivery boy. If you too tight to pay a fee to work with me as your portfolio partner (it's in the name!) you sure as hell aren't going to pay me my commission after I've found, analysed, negotiated and presented you with a worthwhile, sensible investment. Go talk to 21-year old Ryan - who's background is either usually junior sales or construction - he'll tell you he's 'into property' from his 3 day crash course spewing acronyms like BMV, work for free and promise lots. But when it comes to delivering the goods... well, let's just say the pizza won't be the one you ordered!
