🏗️ Story Time..... 🏗️ A client built two beautiful houses, had his PCC in place from his architect, and was ready to rent them out and release funds to kick off his next project. But when he went to his lender… surprise! They needed a structural warranty. And because of a flat roof, he also had to get an IBG-all done retrospectively, under serious time pressure. Talk about stress he didn’t need! 😅 👉 Moral of the story: Get your structural warranty sorted at the start of the build. We can cover you retrospectively, but it’s far smoother (and far less grey-hair-inducing) if you plan ahead. #StructuralWarranty #BuildSmart #PlanAhead
