✨ When completing on a property doesn’t feel as exciting as it should… Last week we finally completed on a purchase that had been going through legals for what felt like forever.
It was an empty home, in need of a big refurb, exactly the kind of project that gets us excited. But here’s the twist… Before we even had the chance to pick up a hammer, someone local made us an offer we simply couldn’t refuse.

✅ Cash hitting the bank much quicker
✅ A win-win deal for everyone involved Sounds perfect, right? And it is. But I’ll admit — I’m a little sad we won’t get to see this one through. 
Property is about the numbers, and you’ve got to leave emotion at the front door… but sometimes it’s hard not to feel attached to the potential. 👉 What would you have done — take the quick profit, or hold out for the refurb?
