Hello Network, Hope all is well. Can anyone recommend any good service providers please that would help trace tenants who have absconded and left rent arrears? On one of my properties, the tenant had left and we are owned several months of rent. The tenant has changed all contact numbers and seems to have disappeared off the face of the earth. I did try a few companies via my NRLA membership but they have been slow at getting back to me. Any advice would be appreciated please. Thanks, Sanjay
