I’ve seen a lot of talk recently about Flips and refurbs being the best strategy moving forward? What’s your views? I’m not a seasoned investor so as someone who offers a product in that market I’m interested in your views? I kind of feel it’s right? Many landlords giving up poor condition buy to lets? Maybe more light refurbs rather than heavy? Buy bulk, turnaround quick? Not the profits there use to be but quicker turnaround of stock?
