How often do you do your routine inspections? How do you record them? Today's modern apps are a lifeline and prove that you did them should there be an incident or the council come knocking. And if you have an agent they should be doing this too. This is the best one I have found so far as you just 'snap and go'. Really good solid evidence. What software do you use?
