A couple of weeks ago, me, @Sam Cooke, and @Tony Walker headed into Manchester for a night at the Frog & Bucket comedy club. We’re three young business founders, all going through the same growing pains, facing the same pressures, and juggling the same highs and lows that come with building something from scratch. The easy thing would be to see each other as competition. But instead, we’ve chosen the harder (and better) path: looking out for each other. Talking openly about the challenges and celebrating the wins together.That’s how the best relationships in property get built… not through rivalry, but through working together and a laugh along the way. Nothing symbolises this more than Tony and I spending a solid hour on the phone trying to drag @Scott out of his “death bed” to join us. He nearly budged but we will get him out next time. We’re already planning our next night out and I hope more people in the industry will start backing each other instead of battling each other.
