Correct me if I’m wrong but if you’re investing in someone else's property deal you want to see: Returns Exit strategy Security Track record From the developer If you don’t see those displayed from the off then doubt will obviously creep in I’m proud to have a 100% repayment record because I take using other people’s money very seriously Do you invest into property development projects?
