On Tuesday 30th September with the team we pushed out of our comfort zone and delivered our 1st discovery day to unveil our plans for our development project commercial conversion to residential Pye House Morecambe scheme. The start of the day for me was full of nerves unsure of how well we would come across in presenting the project. Would people walk away with a sense of shared passion and excitement at the journey and the vision for this scheme? Would they be interested in backing us as potential investors of the scheme? The answers to the doubts and fears was a resounding success for the day. A testament to our ability to showcase the project our vision with energy and passion as experts in the field of our project and the location.
