Sales are slowing at the top end of the market. From what I’m seeing in my own data, and speaking to trusted agents, there’s been a clear dip in activity on single units priced at one million and above. For anyone with high value units coming to market, especially developers completing schemes launched 12 months ago, the reality is that the numbers may not stack up as they once did. That said, there’s still a way forward. Whether it’s restructuring the exit, retaining where possible, or planning ahead with a realistic view of current demand. It all starts with awareness.
