He presented several of our live HSO Property regeneration projects, focused on repurposing empty, unloved buildings into modern homes and workspaces. One project even sparked a lively debate among the expert panel — a true clash of perspectives and innovation in motion. Yet, after thoughtful discussion, Per’s meticulous attention to detail won the panel’s approval and respect. 👏 Moments like these remind us why we do what we do: To create spaces that inspire, to build legacies that outlive us, and to prove that profit with purpose is possible. 🌍 And speaking of legacies — at home, our six-year-old has been “studying” Daddy’s block planning sessions. Armed with empty Lego boxes, he’s been designing his own mini developments, complete with cozy tents and fully furnished interiors — alongside his brother. 🏠✨ It’s fascinating to see creativity bloom when children are exposed to imagination, design, and purpose. Yet, it struck me recently that Art has been removed from Year 3’s school curriculum. No wonder creativity is fading — our future thinkers and builders are losing one of their greatest tools: the freedom to imagine.
