I had a great evening at the very first NPM - Northampton Property Meets. It was a privilege to have been asked to be their very first guest speaker. Thank you so much for having me and making me feel so welcome. I talked all about how important it is to have a good costed schedule of works, no matter how big or small the project is. I’ll keep on saying it - Your Schedule of Works is your property development Business Plan! My aim is to attend more networking events and if you have a space for me as a guest speaker I would love to talk about build costs and how to get them right from day 1!
