Are building control and warranty providers becoming too remote? I’ve noticed more and more are doing their checks via photos rather than coming out to site Is that really a good thing for the industry? Or is it just opening the door to more non-compliance and corner-cutting? To me, it feels like a bit of a cop-out — and it’s certainly not any quicker Curious what others think, have you seen this happening too?
