7 years bad luck? Hardly! The last few have been a real roller coaster. This one Rent to Rent nets me £400.00 a month. Aside from letting the rooms i probably spend an hour a week maximum on it, doing my checks, organising maintenance etc. In real terms thats 4 hours a month for £400.00. That's £100.00 an hour.
