Evidence-Led ('Skin in the Game') - A prospectus/ brochure - Existing ownership or investments made (DON'T say the word 'deal') - Example of Property Packs - Testimonials and Reviews Terrifyingly, there are believed to be over 10,000 people claiming to "help time poor professionals through property". Sadly, the reality is the majority do not know what they they are doing and are no more qualified and educated than the contents of a 3-day weekend course.
