We’re absolutely thrilled that FlatGuard is on the shortlist for Insurance Broker of the Year at The Property Management Awards 2025. The awards - held at the end of November in London - are organised by News on the Block to recognise innovation and achievement across the property sector, with awards for individuals, consultants and suppliers. FlatGuard won the same award last year. To come back again in 2025 and “do the double” would be the culmination of an amag year for the team. We’re dedicated to blocks-of-flats insurance, and we’ve built our reputation on being more than just brokers; we’re educators, advocates for transparency, champions of best practice and trusted partners to the property management industry. This award would be another great reflection of that. It’s the 16th year the awards have been held, and the team always enjoys the fantastic entertainment, food, drink and of course the chance to spend time with other leading lights in this wonderful industry!
