🚨 Big News at Help Build! 🚨 I’m absolutely delighted to welcome Paul Bullock to the Help Build team as our new Senior Quantity Surveyor. I’ve known Paul for many years, and I couldn’t be happier to have him on board. With 27 years of experience in construction, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge, insight, and practical know-how to our team. Coming from a contractor background, he shares our hands-on ethos, understanding not just how to cost construction projects, but how to deliver it effectively. Paul holds an MSc in Construction Cost Management and is Chartered with the RICS. His impressive career includes working with main contractors, subcontractors, as a citywide cost manager and procurement lead for a local authority. Outside of work, Paul enjoys walks with his partner, a good curry, and a local pub quiz. With Paul joining us, we’re expanding our Quantity Surveying services at Help Build, taking on more complex estimates and offering a full QS service from start to finish. He’s already hit the ground running, supporting one of our existing clients to strengthen their operations and deliver projects on budget. Please join me in giving Paul a very warm welcome - it’s a milestone moment for Help Build and an exciting step forward as we hit 2 years old.
