Not long now until we can finally call this project done and dusted! The shop is almost complete and we’ve got a cracking little business lined up to take it on - an aquatics store! Today the new electricity supply for the flat was connected Tomorrow the carpets and vinyl go down - suddenly a building site starts to feel like a home After that, just a quick lick of paint and we’ll be ready for tenants to move in It’s been a solid little project - nothing huge, but one of those satisfying ones where you see steady progress every week I hope it becomes a happy home for someone and the start of a thriving business for the new occupiers And of course… it’ll be nice to see a bit of money coming back through the door for a change
