I seem to have a knack for warming landowners up to do their own projects I send my series of letters and lo and behold, a planning application pops up on their land Then the inevitable happens and the plans get approved Not going to lie it’s a bit of a kick in the teeth But alerting landowners to their land’s potential is an occupational hazard I suppose Once someone gets one of my letters I can’t exactly stop them running with the idea on their own land What really sticks in my craw though is that the site often isn’t maximised So much more money could be made if it had been And the landowner has usually risked tens of thousands on a planning application with no guarantee it will pay off We’ve got a 100% success record with planning applications. That’s not luck - it’s experience strategy and knowing how to get the best outcome for everyone So I keep going Keep sending letters Keep having conversations Keep looking for good sites If you’ve got land with or without planning for up to around 10 units let’s talk We focus on Worcestershire Warwickshire Gloucestershire South Birmingham We’re interested in New builds Barn conversions Commercial to residential conversions Got something that fits the bill?
