Prioritised next year’s renovation roadmap, the premises have been tidied and cleared.💡 Noticed something important: letting agencies need regular supervision — this isn’t just about handing over keys; it is about active team collaboration and consistent oversight.👬 Regular visits to properties help stop issues like waste being dumped in buildings by tenants.That speaks volumes about operational care.🤷‍♀️ On a personal note, had a highly productive site visit.
