Being invited to speak on a career progression panel is a real milestone for me. To be able to sit alongside others who've taken different routes into this sector and share our stories was a huge privilege - not to promote ourselves, but to show just how many opportunities exist in BTR if you're willing to lean in, stay curious and back yourself 🙌🏼 What stood out most from the day wasn't just the discussions - it was the energy. Every conversation in the room pointed in the same direction, the BTR sector is still getting better, still evolving and still full of possibility.📈 From packed sessions, to the networking space overflowing with both fresh faces and old friends, to the sunset views across the city - it was a brilliant reminder of why BTR is such an exciting place to build a career. A packed-out venue, skyline views over London and a room full of people who genuinely care about the future of Build to Rent is what The ARL Conference bought to Canary Wharf this week.
