β° How much time do you think you waste each day worrying about things that might never happen? Imagine if you could take that time spent worrying and redirect it toward something more positive and productive. How different might your day look if, instead of getting stuck in unhelpful thoughts, you focused on what you can control and the small steps you can take toward your goals? By shifting your attention to solutions rather than problems, you can begin to carve out new, more empowering pathways in your mind, much like creating fresh tracks in that snowy mountain. π I'm currently working with a client who used to be an avid reader. However, after a particularly stressful few months, her mental health declined, and she lost all motivation to pick up a book. Last week, during her third session, she happily shared that she had just started reading again and was already halfway through a book! This is a perfect example of how, with the right support and mindset shifts, we can begin to feel mentally well enough to rekindle lost passions and start creating new, positive pathways in our minds. π Whatβs one small thing you could do today to start creating those new pathways?
