Fowlds Cooke Group acquires Browns Timber Buildings. 🤝 I'm proud to say that after months of conversation, I am officially the owner of Browns Timber Buildings. 💚 With over 20 years of experience, Browns specialises in bespoke modular timber structures for both domestic and commercial use. With four generations of building expertise, the team delivers precision-engineered garden rooms, offices, extensions, annexes and holiday parks, all fully insulated for year-round use. They have completed hundreds of projects across the UK. As Managing Director, I will be using my expansive property network to push the business further into B2B. We already have a pipeline of holiday parks lined up for next year, with the team building the units in our factory before installing them on site. This follows the completion of our most recent project in Yarm, which included eight luxury holiday lodges. ☀️ I'm excited to take this next step into development and to welcome my first acquisition under the Fowlds Cooke Group, proudly bringing my name next to my grandad’s, who has been my lifelong inspiration. ❤️ A huge thank you to Nathan Winch and the team at Winch & Co, who have put such hard work into Browns over the years. They have made the transition into a whole new business as easy as it can be and have left me with a strong pipeline of opportunities. I can't thank Nathan and the team enough for everything they have done to support my business career, and for everything they continue to do. Finally, a big thank you to the team at Browns.
