Most people assume property developers come from finance or construction. Very few expect one to come from the NHS clinical world — but that background is exactly what shaped everything I do today. For those who are new here — hello, I’m Lily aka Claudia Many of you have joined recently, so here is a proper introduction that reflects the work I do, the values that drive me, and how I support busy professionals who want more control over their financial future. I am a property developer and investor specialising in the regeneration of empty, unloved and unmortgageable buildings. My work focuses on identifying forgotten commercial and residential assets, understanding the local demand drivers, and transforming these spaces into modern homes and viable commercial spaces that communities actually need. I work with busy medical, corporate and professional individuals who want to gain awareness of how their money could work harder for them, especially as job roles, income security and taxation evolve. This is information-only, not financial advice, but many professionals simply aren’t aware of the options available to them beyond traditional savings or pensions. Property replaced my salary — but I still choose to work in healthcare. Most people think that makes no sense. But if you’ve seen what I’ve seen across Australia, the Isle of Man, the UK and Sweden, you would understand exactly why I stay. For years I’ve worked in clinical pharmacy, improving prescribing quality, protecting NHS finances, reducing waste, and supporting safe care. But behind the scenes, I also saw something deeply worrying: we are teaching the next generation just enough to get by, but not enough to challenge harmful norms. There is still far too much “we’ve always done it this way.” And every time that mindset wins, patients lose outcomes and the system loses money. That’s why I continue mentoring pharmacists, nurses, doctors and advanced clinicians. Not because I need the salary — my property income surpassed that long ago — but because if people with experience don’t stay in the system, nothing changes. And one day, these clinicians will be the ones caring for me and my family. I want them to be equipped, empowered, and unafraid to challenge poor practice. Another part of my work is rarely spoken about publicly. I support women who have struggled with IVF to understand their biology in a way modern medicine often overlooks. Their hormonal rhythms, metabolic patterns and fertility signals are unique, and once they understand them clearly, many finally feel they can make informed decisions about their next steps. The thread that connects all areas of my work — property, healthcare, and women’s health — is simple: I help people develop awareness that leads to better decisions, whether in finance, clinical practice or personal health. For busy professionals who want to learn more about how others make their money work harder — information only, with no advice or commitments — you are welcome to contact me directly for an initial conversation. #PropertyDevelopment #FinancialAwareness #HealthcareLeadership #WomenInBusiness #WealthBuilding
