I love to give Labour a good bashing as much as the next guy, but are they onto something here? New homes within a 15 minute walk of a train station will get an automatic ‘yes’ from planning authorities I wonder why they love train stations so much? It won’t get people out of their cars and onto the trains Will this change get Britain building? Will we get anywhere close to the 1.5m homes this Parliament? Or will it just get developers and an even worse name among the NIMBYS? Even if we opened up every parcel of land for development I can’t see us ever hitting the housing targets as the labour isn’t there I am far from a Labour supporter, but opening up land and having an assumption of approval is something that I can fully see the sense in So.. If you have land with or without planning in the West Midlands, we’re buying Send me a message now to discuss further
