So there are a few things that get me excited. Firstly of course Pye House Morecambe our commercial conversion to residential in which we recently discovered a layout change that has unlocked more space within the project for some of the apartments and will make the lift and stairs a more attractive part of the project. Secondly of course when the board finally goes up for advertising the Eden Project Coming Soon. Although it has taken forever for that board to go up it does offer the hope that it will eventually be built. But it also offers hope for when we will put up our hoarding which will advertise Pye House Luxury Apartments - Coastal Living. #Morecambe #propertydevelopment #propertyinvestment #regeneration
