🚀 New Challenge 🚀 I haven’t been very consistent on posting recently, but been quietly working on things behind the scenes & now ready to share. I’m just starting a new part of my business which will tie in with my Commercial Conversions as a different exit, but also as a passive income using commercial leases. As you have probably realised, I get bored easily 😂. I need to be constantly challenged & enjoy what I’m doing, otherwise I lose focus. Over the past few years, I’ve tried most things in property, but it hasn’t always aligned with my goals. The one goal that has never changed is to help people where I can. Supported Living has come the closest thing to helping people as well as looking at Commercial Conversions compared to Flips. I soon realised that Flips i couldn’t scale as quickly & it would take forever to do wait I aimed to do. Now the Final piece to the puzzle, is here, working with Councils & Social Housing Providers to provide as many homes as possible across the UK 👌 As you probably know I already work with Supported Living Providers, finding them suitable properties to house their vulnerable adults, which provides them with a safe environment to live in. I’m now working with Shaun Davis & he’s & Luigi’s HPA Academy to educate me & teach me everything I need to know. So I can also start to help vulnerable individuals & families find a roof over their head. Whether they have been made homeless due to landlords having no choice but to sell up, because of the Labour government hiking taxes up, The Renters Rights Bill, giving tenants rights, but nothing to landlords. How Labour thought this would be a great idea, I don’t know!!! 🤷‍♀️ So we have record levels of homelessness in the UK, with an increase of 20% just this year alone. With Landlords having to sell up left, right & centre, it’s only going to get worse unfortunately 😢 Most people think homeless people are down & outs (drug addicts, alcoholics, mental health issues) but it’s not. There are a lot of individuals, couple’s & families who work hard & are left with no homes. I’m going to try & help them, as much as I can, whether it’s helping to provide Temporary Accommodation/Emergency Housing or Social Housing Properties. Eventually my long term goal is to set up a Charity where I can actually help Drug Addicts & Alcoholics get the support they need & help them get a job & into permanent employment & accommodation. This will take time & will only help people who want to turn their lives around. People don’t turn to drink & drugs for no reason, there is a lot of Trauma behind it. I also want to be able to let Homeless people move into accommodation with their dogs, as this is the one thing they rely upon. To make them choose between their dog & a home is totally wrong & hence why most people stay on the streets 😢 These people are human beings, just like me & you!
