Consistency is Key 🔑 I’ve been having a lot of offers knocked back recently, on potential Commercial Conversion projects. I could give up & say well I’ve tried & then change to a different Property Strategy, but that’s not me. I know what I want & it will happen when the time is right. Unfortunately, you can’t force a buyer to sell at a lower price & you can’t raise your offer price to suit the buyer. If the numbers don’t stack, they don’t stack. It’s different if there’s a small margin between what the buyer wants & what you can pay, then it’s worth negotiating on, but the offers I’ve recently been putting forward, there’s too much of a difference between us. The one positive thing out of all of this is my DTV letters. I’m receiving 9 out of 10 responses, which means, I’m at least getting a call & most of the time a viewing & talk with the vendor to understand what they want from the sale. What things are you finding difficult at the moment?
