The best part was they accidentally leaked it, so we knew before the Budget was broadcast live 😂🙈😂 Well if you are in Property, it could hurt you big time, especially Landlords & entrepreneurs with Assets etc. It’s no surprise that most Entrepreneurs are leaving the UK 🙈 That will make the Economy so much better 😂🤣 Key Takeaways from Today’s budget:- * Property Income Tax increase of 2% * Mansion Tax introduced on Properties over £2m, taking effect from 2028 * Freeze on Tax Thresholds extended for a further 3 years * 2 child benefit cap to be scrapped from April 2026 * Fuel Duty to be frozen until next September * Salary-Sacrifice Pension Contributions, above £2,000 to be taxed * New Mileage Tax on Electric Vehicles from 2027 * Increasing the Tax Rate on Property, Savings & Dividends * Corporation Tax change - Reducing the Writing Down Allowance main rate * Mobility Scheme to stop benefit claimants, accessing Luxury Cars (BMW’s, Mercedes, Audi’s etc) with immediate effect Landlords were already struggling, innocent tenants made homeless, through no fault of their own, some were family homes for years. The Rental Market was already struggling with much higher demand, but much less supply, meaning that people who have extra money can pay over the odds for a property, this will only get tougher 😢. Our Local Councils already struggling to house everyone, did Labour think this would actually help the working class people? Seriously ……😂🙈 Lots of Landlords have already exited the market, more will now leave the market. This is mainly due to the Financial Strain from Capital Gains Tax changes & Renters Right Act, which are the most recent measures bought in. Most Landlords have a few extra properties, as either a pension fund or a Legacy for the children, they’re not super rich, just hard working normal working class people, that want a better life.
