We’re thrilled to have provided £3.35 million in funding for phase one of a 23-unit Class E industrial development in Colchester, helping the borrowers move forward after previous funding challenges. Sustainability is at the heart of the project, with plans for solar panels, air source heat pumps, EV charging, and units targeting EPC Band A.
