Evening All It’s been a while since I’ve been on here but boy the network has grown.. great job @Chris 👏🏻 Let me reintroduce myself… I’m Kev Cox I am specialist in finding, selling and managing blocks of flats/apartments, all off market and 90% direct to vendor, all over the UK but mainly in the Midlands I did my first flip project this year, was an absolute nightmare that overran, overspent, and had more problems I’d care not to share in this post… but man what a learning curve it has been!
