I’m taking a ‘back door boogie’.. A term often used to describe someone who left the pub and drinking session without telling anyone. The back door boogie. Peer pressure banter at its finest. If you’re drinking regularly and have a wide circle of drinking buddies you’ll associate to this I’m sure. Maybe you're secretly dreading the work Christmas party? The back door boogie - it's a dance I’m more than happy to take! The subsequent days are more important to me than the b@llocks that gets discussed at 200 decibels after everyone has ‘peaked’. And any back swiping and banter that goes once I’ve gone. Straight over my head. There is an inner confidence and so much growth and performance that you are suppressing when alcohol is a major feature in your life. Addressing an unhealthy relationship with alcohol - the single most transformative change you can make in your life. Happy for anyone to tell me I’m wrong. If you fancy building a lifestyle and mindset fit for growth and a life worth living. Give me a nudge. Got a social calendar packed in the run up to Christmas? Have a plan drink sensibly. Happy to share some tips if you reach out. Or you can just take a back door boogie.. Action ➡️ Momentum ➡️ Results Chris - Your Results Coach
