I have a very specific number stuck in my head today. That is exactly how many members we need to hit our target of 3000 before the New Year. On paper that sounds like a massive gap to close in a few weeks. A year ago I would have said it was impossible. But then I look at the data. We are currently welcoming 150 new people to the platform every single month. That is up from 135 in Q3 and the speed is only increasing. The snowball is definitely rolling. When we started this I remember refreshing the database hoping to see just one new name pop up. Now we are watching hundreds of landlords and developers and investors pour in every week. We are so close to that 3000 milestone. Let’s see if we can actually pull this off.
