“What’s the point of building wealth… if your health can’t keep up?”   This week was full of powerful reminders that business growth, property success, and wealth creation mean nothing if your body can’t keep up. At the Property Entrepreneur Christmas Jumper Day, we shared laughs, strategy prep, and—more importantly—what handful of habits we’re committing to after our 28-Day Challenge. My number one habit? 👉 Fixing my sleep. Not for productivity. Not for aesthetics. But because it has become my biggest health risk. For months I’ve been waking up coughing, sleeping upright at an angle, running on exhausted autopilot. On paper? My blood tests look “normal.” In reality? I’m the classic TATT patient — “tired all the time.” Poor sleep = ⬆️ Inflammation ⬆️ Lowered immunity ⬆️ Slower recovery ⬇️ Energy ⬇️ Focus ⬇️ Productivity And this is why I value my Property Entrepreneur family: It’s not just about making money. Another powerful moment this week: I attended a webinar hosted by @Chris Tremlett (UKHN) with @Mark Burrows (MING) discussing how developers can transform empty buildings into homes for the homeless. A reminder that property isn’t just numbers. It’s impact. It’s community. It’s dignity. It’s giving someone a safe place to restart their life. This is the work I believe in.
