You don’t need to own property to earn from property! I started earning from Rent to Serviced Accommodation before any property I owned was bringing in income. That was a real eye opener. Running Rent to SA taught me how cashflow actually works day to day costs, systems, risk, and what makes a unit profitable beyond the spreadsheet. Ownership still matters to me. But Rent to SA gave me income, experience, and momentum before buying did. For anyone starting out, that’s worth understanding: you don’t always have to buy first to start earning. Cashflow first. Ownership follows. Genuine question?? Did you assume buying was the first step too?
