It's funny seeing so many people talk down the UK property while praising places like #Dubai! đ đ There are an influx of posts on social media that praise Dubai but they do not answer where did most of that wealth come from in the first place? Not from a taxâfree bubble. It was built here, during the boom years of the UK property market. Back then, nobody complained about the system! I get the UK has challenges and is navigating choppy waters, however most countries and markets also go through the same cycle of pain! The UK also has strong fundamentals and principles that the very same people are forgetting: đ A word class globally trusted financial environment đ A stable legal system đ Consistent inbound investment đ Longâterm housing demand đ And more importantly, track record of bouncing back! The UK isnât perfect, however it remains one of the most resilient, transparent, and opportunityârich markets in the world. To add further perspective, many of the overseas clients I work with (nonâUK nationals, expats) also share the same sentiment as they who are purchasing UK commercial, investment property with some also exploring business acquisitions and MBI's. This clearly shows the UK market is far from âdead and buriedâ and that international investors continue to place strong confidence here.
