Hi all A brief introduction. Richard Little Our family have been Developers, main &subcontractors and since the 1950’s. Last 2 completed projects: 20 house & apartment conversion 10 house new build We have projects from 5 acres (40 homes) up to 30 acres in the planning process and nothing on site. My son Bryn and I are currently advising and supporting new and scaling developers on: Finding and creating viable sites. Delivering projects from 1 house to 22 apartments & houses. I look forward to being part of this growing community by posting content and offering advice.
