A nice surprise today — a Christmas gift and a wedding present from a vendor we’ve been working closely with. Property is often painted as a numbers game, but this is the side you don’t always see. When you take the time to build proper relationships, understand people, and guide them through the process, it creates trust that goes far beyond the deal itself. Grateful for the gesture, and even more grateful for the relationships we’ve built along the way
