I haven’t posted on UK Homes Network about The Affordable Housing Network (TAHN) for a while. Quietly, a lot has changed. We’ve now passed 1,500 Affordable Homes live on the platform, representing £380m GDV. That’s not vanity growth. That’s real schemes, real Developers, real Affordable Housing Providers, using the platform to unlock stalled, delayed, or fragmented deals. What’s been most encouraging isn’t the volume, it’s the behaviour shift: Developers listing earlier. Providers engaging faster. Conversations happening with far more transparency and less friction. The Affordable Housing market doesn’t have a demand problem. It has a coordination problem. TAHN exists to fix that. If you’re a Developer sitting on unsold Affordable Homes, or an Affordable Housing Provider struggling to see what’s actually out there, the opportunity cost of not engaging is getting harder to ignore.
