Moving the Needle in the Business 👩‍💼 This week I’ve been starting to move the needle in my new side of the business. I’ve been studying for weeks, showing up to all the Mentorship Calls, Learning scripts & how to build rapport with Social Housing Providers & Councils & it’s now starting to pay off 👌 I’ve managed to get 2 Providers onboard this week, understanding their criteria is key, otherwise you will waste time. I’ve started sending properties over to them, now waiting for responses. 1 face to face meeting booked with a Homeless Charity next week, watch this space 👌 Also reaching out to Agents who I already work with to see what they have too.
